Order Processing
All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders received after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Processing times may vary depending on the nature of your order (for example, custom ultrasound prints or specialty items). Average processing time is 3 unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer shipping within the United States via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5-7 after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (carrier delays, weather events, etc.).
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website or promotional materials.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Sapphire Sonography Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged items so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it and provide a resolution.
International Shipping
Sapphire Sonography Studio offers international shipping to most countries.
Shipping times and costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
